Leading the way in critical minerals development for a sustainable and socially responsible world

Copper, as found in these drill cores at one of our porphyry projects, is a critical component for enabling the green energy transition. Through our investments we are securing the future the world deserves.

Securing critical minerals for the future is one of the sectors largest opportunities.

Requiring significant capital investment, this is a catalyst for positive transformational change.

Critical minerals are essential for a greener anD more sustainable future

Green energy infrastructure, such as wind turbines, require significant amounts of a wide-range of critical minerals to be produced.

Minerals are fundamental in enabling and unlocking the green energy transition. Whether they be the PGMs in solar panels, copper in energy grids, or the nickel in EV batteries, metals play a vital role in transitioning away from fossil fuels. At CD Capital, we are focussed on investing in critical mineral projects to support this sustainable future. Our portfolio includes one of the largest copper district discoveries of the past decade, located in Latin America, and one of the largest undeveloped copper-nickel-PGM deposits globally, located Europe.

Copper, with its uses in grid infrastructure, datacenters,

and green technology, is listed as a critical mineral by

several governments around the world.

Driving the digital revolution through critical mineral investments

Energy-hungry datacenters, the backbone of the AI digital revolution, are heavily reliant on critical minerals.

AI is driving a digital revolution, but it comes at a mineral cost. Datacenters, the backbone of AI, rely on critical minerals, predominantly copper – current estimates are demand for copper from datacenters will grow sixfold by 20501. These centers are also energy-hungry, with AI requiring increasing amounts of power2. As AI adoption surges, so will its strain on resources, making securing the future supply of mineral chains more crucial than ever.

Large tech companies are looking into developing their own energy

solutions to meet the challenge of powering datacenters.

Addressing global food security through fertilizer projects

Potash, a fertilizer that CD Capital has invested in, is critical to to ensuring plant growth - it is a great source of soluble potassium which is one of the three primary macronutrients required by plants.

With 1 in 11 facing hunger, food security is a global issue3. As the global population grows, we will need to produce more food, on less land, as climate change and urbanization reshape agriculture. Fertilizers play a vital role in boosting crop yields, making them essential for the future. At CD Capital, we recognize this urgent need, investing in key fertilizer projects. Our Brazil investment, for example, aims to provide local farmers with nutrients at a fraction of current costs, supporting sustainable food production.

CD Capital works closely with its investments to ensure

environmental responsibility at the project level.
